1. Programs must be free of all commercial content. 2. Programs may not contain copyrighted materials. This includes most plays, television programs, motion pictures and music. 3. Programs should be either first or second generation. No copies of copies. 4. Programs should not contain slanderous or obscene material. 5. Preferred program lengths are 60 minutes, 30 minutes, 15 minutes and PSAs under 5 minutes. 6. Programs should contain thirty seconds of black at the beginning and end of the programs and a five second countdown. 7. Programs must be submitted on either VHS, S-VHS, Mini DV, DV, and DVCAM tapes. No LP or SLP recordings. 8. Programs with glitches will not be aired. 9. Programs with poor audio will not be aired. 10. Priority is given to locally produced programming. 11. PEGTV reserves the right to preview any programs.
