Executive Session: Motion to enter into executive session pursuant to 1 V.S.A. §313(A)(E)(F), after finding that
premature general public knowledge of the matter would clearly place the City at a substantial disadvantage, to
discuss the proposed resolution of a claim arising from a buyer’s repudiation of an agreement to purchase City-
owned real property, including contract negotiations, probable civil litigation, and confidential attorney-client
communications. Further move that the City Attorney, Clerk, Treasurer, Planning Director, and Mayor attend the
executive session.
